If you are ordering oversize items as
listed below we have to charge per item. Your order will only show 1
freight charge but two or more will be charged depending on how many oversize
items you order.
Residential Delivery Charge
Residential delivery shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex Ground will incur an
additional $2.50 fee that they charge us. If you prefer we will ship to a
business and not charge this additional charge. Just add the company name
in the space on the order form.

Oversize Packages PLEASE READ VERY
IMPORTANT REGARDING SHIPPING PRICE
On 2-1-2007 Fed-Ex and UPS went to a dement ional
weight program . Items are no longer just weight they are based on there
dimensional weight or the size of the box is used to determine shipping cost.
And example is a PF-14 bait tank in a 18 x 18 x 24" box weighs about 16 pounds.
The weight that is charged by UPS and FED-EX is computed this way >> 18" x 18" x
24" =7776" divided by a factor that is 194 equals 40 pounds so your shipping
cost will be 40 pounds to what ever zone you are in. A PF-42 tank is 25" x
25" x 30" = 18750" divided by 194 = 97 pounds. You will be charged exactly
what we are charged no less and no more. You can compute these rates
yourself at fedex.com or ups.com
We will make every effort to package your item in as small as box as possible
and in some cases wrap the item in cardboard to keep it as small as we can.

If you order a fighting chair it will ship in 2 boxes, we charge for both.
If you order 2 or 3 oversize chairs or tanks you will be billed for 2 or 3 oversize
chairs. Our goal is to make nothing on freight nor to lose anything.
You will not see this extra charge when you check
out as there is no way to show it for value based shipping charges.
Example, if you order $300.00 in pumps the shipping charge is $17.95 yet if you
order a $300.00 chair we have to add the oversize charge. The software can
not tell what is over size and not.
Oversize Explanation:
All freight carriers
Fed-Ex and UPS included charge a premium charge when you ship a
large box that is light in weight as the case of our tanks,
chairs, tuna tubes, any package where the girth plus the height
exceed 84”. Our tanks ship from Ca. or RI., if we ship a tank
from Ca. to Ca. and surrounding states, the oversize charge is
about $12.00 from the carrier. If we send that same tank to the
east coast area the oversize charge will exceed $22.00. The
reason our software can not add the oversize charge is that our
shipping is based on the dollars spent not on the product. The
cost to send $200.00 of bait pumps to Fl. Or $200.00 of a bait
tank is totally different due to the oversize charge. And since
we ship to all 50 states the oversize charge will differ.
Livebaitlarry.com does not
make any money on shipping and in most cases we end up paying
for some of the shipping ourselves. If you have any questions
please call me or log into Fedex.com and get a rate from your
location to my location 93063 . The weight you MUST put in is
50 pounds as that is what FedEx charges us even if the tank is
only 20 pounds.

Shipping bait tanks and tuna tube tanks via 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. day air is very
expensive due to the size of the box we ship. Please call for a quote,
minimum charge is $130.00 and up. Or go to www.ups.com and you can
calculate the charges yourself. Our zip code is 93063 and the box size you
should enter for chairs, bait tanks and tuna tubes is 25"x 25" x 25" and a
weight of 50 pounds, this will give you a good rough idea of the cost.
Returns and Freight
DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCT BACK BY US
MAIL THAT REQUIRES A SIGNATURE OR IS BIGGER THAN A SHOE BOX !!!!
They do not deliver to our door and we can't go to the post office to pick up
your return. If any item is returned via US Post Office it will be
returned to you by the usps.
livebaitlarry will accept returns if you order a tank in error but will
charge you for the exact cost of the freight going and coming. Please be
aware that this cost is normally higher than we charge you at the time of order
as we absorb some of your freight cost into our profit. The cost to ship
any bait tank from California to the east coast is $36.16 as of 1-1-02.
Any returns on a credit card sale will be charged a 5% fee if the sale is
over $100.00. Our bank charges this fee, we are not making a dime.

Goods Policy |
| All Goods Returned
must have prior authorization from our customer service department, where
a RGA number will be issued. Goods maybe subject to a restocking fee, or
may not be returnable if beyond return date, special or custom ordered.
Goods must be sent to the above address prepaid, with the RGA displayed.
Authorized returned goods must be in the original saleable condition.
Returns must be made within 15 days of original invoice.

Priority Mail
When ever possible on orders under 2 pounds we will ship priority
mail. Shipping charge is flat rate $3.90 per package in Calif. And up to
$5.85 to the east coast. Delivery time
2 to 3 days anywhere in the continental US.
Overnight Bait Tanks
Here is the cost to ship a bait tank over night plus a 5% fuel surcharge
WE can ship overnight to southern Calif for ground regular rates.
